Logan founded Athlete Training Lab to bridge the gap between professional-level performance science and everyday athletes. With a background in strength and conditioning and a focus on speed development, he saw the same pattern across Auckland: talented athletes training hard, without the data to know what was actually working.

Every program at ATL is built on data, tested with technology, and refined through coaching experience. Logan personally writes and runs each one, strength blocks, sprint sessions, return-to-play protocols.
