The app is included with every ATL coaching package, there's no separate subscription. It's not sold as a standalone product, your coach sets up your account when you start training with us.
No. The ATL app is for athletes working with an ATL coach. Your coach sets up your account and plans your programs. Once you're set up, you self-log metrics, results, workouts, and injuries.
Test days at the ATL facility write directly back to your athlete profile. You'll see 10m, 20m, and 40m splits in your Trends tab within minutes of finishing.
We work with athletes 16 and up. There's no parent account or shared access.
