  • The app is included with every ATL coaching package, there's no separate subscription. It's not sold as a standalone product, your coach sets up your account when you start training with us.

  • No. The ATL app is for athletes working with an ATL coach. Your coach sets up your account and plans your programs. Once you're set up, you self-log metrics, results, workouts, and injuries.

  • Test days at the ATL facility write directly back to your athlete profile. You'll see 10m, 20m, and 40m splits in your Trends tab within minutes of finishing.

  • We work with athletes 16 and up. There's no parent account or shared access.
