Athlete Training Lab ("ATL", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Athlete Training Lab mobile application (the "App") and the website at athletetraininglab.co.nz (the "Site"). We are based in Auckland, New Zealand.

• Training data — performance metrics, training logs, test results, and wellness data you or your coach enter into the App.

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns collected through analytics to improve our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with the following parties only as necessary to operate the service:

• Your coach or team — training data and messages are shared with the coaches and organisations you are connected to within the App.
• Service providers — we use third-party services for hosting, database management, push notifications, email delivery, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications for new messages and important updates. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:
